By this Civil Application, the Applicants pray for an out of turn final hearing in Second Appeal No.1174/2007. Since the Second Appeals instituted in the years 1987-88 and onwards are being taken up for final hearing on every Thursday, precedence cannot be given to this appeal at this stage. The Civil Application is, therefore, rejected. However, the Applicants are at liberty to renew their request after six months.
