Perused the objections notified by the office. The objection notified by the office is that the respondent sole has reported to be dead on 9th July 1994. Thereafter no steps have been taken by the appellant to bring on record the legal heirs, if any, of the respondent. There is a sole respondent and the appellant fails to take necessary steps for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent, I find no difficulty to pass following order.

The appeal stands abated against the sole respondent and dismissed.
