1) The application is filed for relief of anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard.

2) Crime is registered on the basis of report given by father of the prosecutrix. The prosecutrix is aged about 17 years. Allegations are made against the applicant by the father that he kidnapped his minor daughter and

2 Application 19/2015 therefore crime was registered for offences punishable under sections 363, 366, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. On the last date the prosecutrix appeared before the Court and she informed that she has married with the applicant and she had crossed 17 years of her age. It appears that accordingly statement of the girl was recorded by police. 3) In view of nature of allegations and the submissions made, relief of anticipatory bail needs to be given to the applicant. The application is allowed. Interim relief is confirmed.
