The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed applications for grant of rental compensation by post and the same are pending with the authority. 2.

The learned Additional / Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents no. 1 to 3. Mr. Chate, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent no. 4.

The petitioners may file applications for rental compensation in person with respondent no.

3. In case, the petitioners file such an applications, respondent no. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, preferably within a period of nine (09) months from the date of applications.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.

No costs.
