In all these matters, the Petitioners pray for a joint measurement of the acquired lands since a private measurement has revealed that their lands, over and above the disclosed acquired lands that have been actually utilized for the purpose of the public project, are utilised. All the Petitioners are willing to deposit the cost of measurement. 03.
The learned Advocate for the Corporation submits that the cost of the measurement shall be borne by the Petitioners. 04.
In view of the above, all these Petitions are disposed off. Let the Petitioners deposit the measurement charges within a period of 15 days as
( 3 ) suggested by them. Thereafter, the DSLR, Nanded - respondent No.5 would follow the due procedure laid down in law and by issuing notices to all the stake holders, carry out joint measurement of the properties within 45 days.
