ORDER :

Having regard to that the applicant may have remedy available under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [for short, 'Arbitration Act'], aggrieved by the decision dated 01/10/2015 rendered by the Arbitral Tribunal, it would not be expedient to deal with the present arbitration appeal. As such, it stands disposed of with liberty to the appellant to approach in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act.

Needless to mention that the time consumed in pendency of present appeal would be given a proper treatment if it comes for condonation of delay before the competent forum.
