The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the insurance company could not deposit the amount of compensation as directed by this Court within stipulated period. The learned counsel has sought further two weeks time to deposit the said amount and to revive the interim stay granted in favour of the appellant-insurance company.

Mr. Hange, learned counsel appearing for the original claimants fairly conceded for passing such order. Hence the following order:

ORDER

[i] Time to deposit the amount is extended by two weeks. [ii] The order passed by this Court on 15.01.2018 stands revived.
