The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is submitted for verification of tribe claim with the scrutiny committee in the year 2016. The same is not yet decided. The result of the petitioner's fourth year BAMS examination is withheld. 2.

The learned Addl. G. P. accepts notice for respondent No. 1. Mr. Sant, learned counsel waives notice for respondent No. 3. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has to undergo internship of six months.

The petitioner shall appear before the scrutiny committee on 01.02.2022. The committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 5.

The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's fourth year BAMS examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner may not be refrained from prosecuting internship only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 6.

The parties may take further steps depending upon the judgment that may be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding. 7.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
