The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's claim for validation is pending since 2013. Vigilance Cell Report was submitted in 2016. Written notes of arguments were submitted by the petitioner in 2020. Vide orders passed in WP No.10487/2017 and 6506/2021, this Court had directed 9 months and 3 months, respectively, for delivering the orders in the pending proceedings.

The learned AGP submits that a hearing took place on khs/Jan.2023/150

- 2 - 20.05.2022. Written notes of arguments of the petitioner are available with the Committee. Matter is closed for judgment. The judgment would be delivered within 3 days.
