We have briefly heard the learned advocates for the respective sides and have perused the order dated 14-02-2017, passed in Writ Petition No. 1996 of 2017 and the order dated 09-04-2018, passed in Writ Petition No. 4138 of 2017. 2.

Since the petitioner had not assailed the rejection of his approval vide order dated 14-03-2017, passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, which is prior to preferring Writ Petition No. 4138 of 2017, we showed our disinclination to entertain this petition for challenging the said order, in view of the Order 2 Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure. 3.

The learned advocate for petitioner submits, on

2-WP-225-20.odt instructions, that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition, so that he may think of challenging his termination from service. The learned AGP submits that the petitioner has already made a statement before this Court, which is reflected in the order dated 09-04-2018, that he has left employment in May, 2016. 4.

Nevertheless, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn. It is to be noted that we have not expressed any view about the desire of the petitioner of availing the remedy against his purported termination.

The pending civil application does not survive and stands disposed off.
