The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to add independent sports quota for Medical Entrance Examination and admission to the Medical Courses for the students playing National level, State level and School Games. 2.

It would not be within the domain of this Court to direct the respondents to include the particular quota for admission to the Medical Courses, more particularly, sports quota.

It is for the body of experts in the academic field and Government to consider the modalities of the admission. The prayer made certainly cannot be considered.
