Heard learned counsel appearing for the

ca1030.18 Applicants. He submits that interest of the Petitioners in the Petition and the persons named in Para 5 of the Application is same and therefore the Petitioners may be allowed to add those persons as Petitioners. He submits that persons whose names are mentioned at Sr. Nos.1 to 107 in Para 5 of the Civil Application have already given Vakalatnma and as soon as the Application will be allowed, Vakalatnama on behalf of those persons will be presented in the Registry.

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Respondents, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B)". Necessary steps for amendment be taken on or before 8th February, 2018. The Civil Application stands disposed of, accordingly.

3. List Writ Petition No.11074 of 2014 on 21st February, 2018.
