For the reasons stated in the application and having regard to the grounds of objections raised in exception to the impugned judgment and award, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The Workmen's Compensation Commissioner at Nandurbar shall remit 75% of the deposited amount in favour of the applicants on submitting an undertaking by them to the effect that if the present appeal is decided against them, they would re-deposit the amount withdrawn by them within two

ii) The Workmen's Compensation Commissioner shall invest the balance amount in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.
