By the Civil Application, the appellants in the first Second Appeal have prayed for interim relief during the pendency of the appeal. By order dated 23/09/1993, interim relief in terms of 'B' and 'C' has been granted. Considering the same, the Civil application is allowed in terms of the direction dated 23/09/1993. 2.

In so far as the Second Appeal No. 922/2006, is concerned, the order of this Court dated 25/11/2008, has still not been complied with. As such, the appellant in this Second Appeal shall comply with the said directions on/or before 02/02/2018, failing which Second Appeal No. 922/2006, shall stand dismissed without

reference to this Court with effect from 03/02/2018. 3.

If the directions are complied with, list both the Second Appeals for final hearing on 08/02/2018.
