1) Seen the order dated 17-1-2018. The learned Assistant Government Pleader is present. He drew attention of this Court to the circumstance that Writ Petition No.5604/2012 with connected matters was disposed of by Nagpur Bench of this Court and it was filed for the same similar relief. In that matter, this Court held that there was nothing wrong in issuing show cause notices and it was open to the petitioners to give

2 WP 157 of 2013 explanation and the Government was expected to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, institutions against whom the show cause notices were issued. 2) In view of the said decision and the same relief is claimed in this petition, this Court holds that nothing survives in the present petition.
