The tribe claim of the petitioner is invalidated. 2.

Considering the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner filed civil application thereby sought to bring on record the validity certificate issued to her relatives and the orders passed by this Court in case of her relatives.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same are material documents. The petitioner be given opportunity to produce of the said documents before the scrutiny committee. The said validity certificates under the orders of this Court will be relevant.

We have also heard the learned Addl. G. P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

As the matter pertains to the social status of the petitioner, we are inclined to give one more opportunity to the petitioner. 6.

The petitioner may produce the copies of the validity certificates and the orders passed by this Court which according to the petitioner are in case of paternal relatives before the committee. 7.

The committee may thereafter take decision upon the proposal of the petitioner afresh on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 21.02.2022. 9.

In view of the fact that the matter is remitted back, the impugned order is set aside.

10. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
