PER COURT :- Heard Shri V.M.Chate, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants - claimants and Shri Salgare, learned AGP appearing for the State. Perused the impugned Judgment and the grounds of objection raised in exception to the impugned Judgment. In view of above, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

1.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw a lumsump amount of Rs.5,00,000/- from the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for a period till the disposal of the appeal.

Civil Application No.1268 of 2019 stands disposed of.
