3.
This Court has already granted ad interim protection to the applicant.
4.
Perused the contents of investigation papers. Apart from allegations against the applicant, there is hardly any material on record, which speaks of direct involvement of the applicant in the crime in question.
5.
Apart from above, it is to be noted that all the family members of the applicant are implicated as accused.
6.
Perusal of F.I.R. and other investigation papers depicts that there was difference between the family of the applicant and family of the complainant. Apart from above, all the accused persons, but for the applicant are already arrested.
7.
In this background, in my opinion, custodial interrogation of the applicant will be hardly of any necessity. As such, applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
