On 20.08.2022, when the matter was called out, none appeared for the petitioners. In absence of the petitioners, matter was adjourned to 17.10.2022. Later on, Mr. Shinde holding for Mr. Bhosle appeared and prayed for adjournment and as per his request, the matter was adjourned to 19.09.2022.

On 19.09.2022 also, when the matter was called out repeatedly,

none appeared for the petitioners. Later on, leave was sought to place on record the copy of charge-sheet by Mr. Bhosle. The same was granted as prayed for and the matter was adjourned to 14.11.2022. 3.

On 14.11.2022, again request was made for adjournment by the petitioners. However, the copy of charge-sheet was not filed by the petitioners and the petition was kept on 19.12.2022 at the request of Counsel. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned to 09.01.2023 as per the request of Mr. Deshpande holding for Mr. Bhosle. On 09.01.2023, again time was sought to file on record the copy of charge-sheet and the matter was adjourned to 23.01.2023.

On 23.01.2023, the matter was kept on 30.01.2023 by way of a last chance and by directing the petitioners to place on record the copy of charge-sheet. Though the matter was kept on 30.01.2023 as a last chance, no charge-sheet was filed and the matter was adjourned to 13.02.2023 for filing the same. Also on 13.02.2023, no charge-sheet was filed on record.

This is sheer negligence on the part of the petitioners. Today no

one is present in the Court, even to mention this matter. Hence, the petition stands dismissed.
