This Court by order dated 05.01.2021, issued notice to the respondents indicating therein, why the impugned order of the revisional authority may not be quashed and set aside and the matter remanded back to the revisional authority, as the said order is without any reasons.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, in the event that this court remands the matter, the same be directed to be decided in time bound manner.

In view of the stand taken by the respondents, the impugned order passed by the revisional authority dated 08.12.2020, the Sub Divisional Officer, Pathardi in Revision / R.T.S. Aeeapl No.103/2019 is set aside. The matter is remanded back and the said proceedings are restored before the authority.

The records received in this court is directed to be sent back to the revisional authority and the revisional authority to decide the revision petition within three (03) months from the date of receipt of the record.

The parties are directed to appear before the revisional authority on 30.01.2023. The revisional authority may, thereafter, fix the further dates of hearing after appearance of the parties. No fresh notice would be required for the parties to appear.
