Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2/Corporation, on instructions, makes a statement that already payment towards the pensionary benefits accrued to the petitioner is made. In that view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of. However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the Corporation, in case he has any dispute/grievance about payment of said benefits and interest on delayed payment.
