The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application for restoration may be allowed and the order dated 27.11.2019 may be set aside / recalled.

The learned counsel for the respondent objects to the same.

However, so as not to defeat the rights of the appellant to contest the second appeal, the order dated 27.11.2019 is re-called.

The learned counsel for the appellant to remove the office objections within a period of three (03) weeks from today. However, in the event, the appellant fails to remove the office objections within a period of three (03) weeks from today, the order dated 27.11.2019, passed by this court shall stands restored.

On the second appeal being registered, the copy of the petition shall be given to the learned counsel for the respondent. The parties are permitted to mention the matter for listing after registration of the second appeal.

The civil application is disposed of.
