3] Without going into the merits of the application, interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'C' granted vide earlier order to continue till 15.2.2016.

4] By consent, Criminal Writ Petition No. 1436 of 2015 is fixed for final disposal at the stage of admission on 15.2.2016. 5] Application stands disposed of.
