Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

As a very limited grievance is raised in the petition, we are inclined to dispose the petition at the admission stage.

The petitioner who is employee of respondent No.3 the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed. It may not be necessary for us to refer the details stated in the petition to submit that the petitioner is entitled for certain service benefits particularly the payment of salary in view of the service rendered by the petitioner and the
( 2 ) Government Resolution passed at the same time to that effect.

It is also submitted that identical circumstance employees had approached this Court by filing the writ petitions and these writ petitions were allowed by the judgment and order of this Court dated 04.06.2018. Copy of the said order of this Court in the bunch of petitions is also placed on record at Exh.F.

With these submissions the petitioner filed a detail representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed on 03.10.2018. A representation is also submitted to the District Health Department of Zilla Parishad, Beed. It is submitted before us that the petitioner stood retired some time in the year 2009 and his anxiety of early decision on the representation whereby if the representation is favaourably considered the petitioner may get certain benefits of monitory nature.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel as well on perusal of the material placed on
( 3 ) record the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 the Chief Executive Officedr, Zilla Parishad, Beed to decide representation dated 28.12.2018 & 03.10.2018, as expeditiously as possible and not later than 12 weeks from the order of this Court on the backdrop of the fact that the petitioner is in his advanced age i.e. now the petitioner is of 68 years of age.

With these directions, the petition stands disposed of.
