This is an application for seeking withdrawal of compensation amount.

It is submitted that in the connected matters arising out of the same award this court has permitted 50% withdrawal vide its order dated 25-092018 in C. A. No. 11824/2018 in FA/1127/2018. 3.

Having regard to the said fact and the reasons stated for enhancement following order:

ORDER

i.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this court.

ii. Balance 50% amount be invested in Fixed Depoist Receipt in any Nationalized Bank, initially for one year and if so required for further period, till disposal of the appeal.

iii.Out of 50% amount, the amount of 25% each be deposited in two accounts which are informed to be open by five applicants each.

iv. The application stands disposed of.
