Similarly situated co-accused has been released on bail. The investigation has been completed. There is no circumstantial evidence against the applicants. Hence, they deserve bail.

(ii) Applicant (1) Ismail Ambir Shaikh, and applicant No.2 Abhishekh @ Banti S/o Ashok Jojar be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No. 252/2022, registered with Pachod Police Station, Aurangabad for the ofences punishable under Sections 364-A, 363,384 of the Indian Penal Code on the conditions that :-
