O R D E R

The present Appeal is placed before us in today's Lok-Adalat by consent of the parties.

Parties and their respective Advocates are present. The Appeal is compromised between the parties in Terms of Compromise, which is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.

The First Appeal is disposed off in Terms of Compromise ('X').

As per the Terms of the Compromise, both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the matter. As per the terms of Compromise, respondent is ready to enhance the compensation of Rs.50,000/-, which is awarded by the learned Commissioner for Workmen Compensation and Judge, First Labour Court, Ahmednagar. Accordingly respondent has paid an amount of Rs.50,000/- towards enhanced compensation.

The Appellant is entitled to withdraw the said amount as agreed by the parties, from the Office of this Court. 6.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 7.
