Order :- The petitioner is objecting to the cancellation of the tender process. The petitioner has not alleged any malafide on part of State authorities in directing the cancellation of process. 2.

The respondent-State has recorded reasons that tender process is required to be cancelled since the tenderer from different districts quoted different prices in respect of same item or equipment. The decision taken by the State Government appears to be reasonable and proper. Unless, it is demonstrated that decision is taken for favouring class of bidders that the decision making process is arbitrary, no interference is called for.

The writ petition is devoid of substance, hence, stands rejected.
