Heard. This writ petition is filed against the rejection of nomination paper. In view of the decision rendered by the Full Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (St.) No.26 of 2021 and other connected writ petitions on 13.01.2021, this writ petition is disposed of. Furthermore, the Gram Panchayat elections are almost over and the results are also declared. In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail an alternate remedy, if so available in law to raise the points involved in this petition.
