The petitioners seek directions to decide the suit filed in the year 2012 expeditiously.

It appears that, for more than two to three years matter is pending for the steps to be taken at the behest of the plaintiffs. It is for the plaintiffs to prosecute the suit diligently. After the steps are taken by the plaintiffs, the plaintiffs may make an application to the Court for deciding the suit expeditiously. Naturally, the same would be considered by the Court considering the fact that, the suit is pending since the year 2012 and decide the matter in accordance with law expeditiously.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
