Considering the nature of the challenge, presently the applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court, upon execution of an undertaking that in case any order adverse to their interest is passed by this Court later-on, they would refund the said amount within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of said order. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
