Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.P.P for respondent State.

The applicant is claiming bail on parity. This Court granted bail to co accused Akash Vilas Ingole and Vilas Namdeo Ingole. After considering the role attributed to them, and the role attributed to the present applicants, appears similar. Therefore, the applicants are entitled to parity. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant No.1 Dewanand Uttam Uchit and Applicant No.2 Raju s/o Namdeo Ingole, be released on bail on furnishing P.B.

929- B.A. No. 31-2023.odt and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No. 67/2022, registered with Goregaon Police Station, Taluka Sengaon District Hingoli for the ofence punishable under Sections 302, 324, 143, 148, 149, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act on the conditions that :- (a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) They shall not contact the parents of the deceased and so-called eye witnesses to the incident, till the conclusion of the trial.
