The only prayer put forth by the Petitioners is, that the pending proposal for including their names in the Shalarth I.D., dated 30/10/2023, is to be decided by Respondent No.3/Deputy Director of Education, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, a reasonable time may be granted to decide the proposal of the Petitioners. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.3, to follow the due

406.24wp (2) procedure laid down in law, and after a meticulous verification, decide the proposal within 90 days from today. 4.

The Petitioner shall cite the orders passed by this Court, before Respondent No.3, as regard the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) qualification issue.
