PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for petitioner submits that, the impugned order is termed as show cause notice and without waiting for reply of the petitioner, under the same notice FLIII license of petitioner is closed. After closing the license of the petitioner, petitioner is directed to put forth his stand before the same authority. The principles of natural justice are flouted.

As claimed, the Collector is to give opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, it would be appropriate, if the Collector is directed to decide the same expeditiously. The Collector,

(2) 40-wp-364-2022 Osmanabad, shall take decision upon the show cause notice (Page No.27) expeditiously and preferably within a period of three weeks after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as contemplated in the impugned notice.

The petitioner shall appear before the Collector on 13.01.2022.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
