The learned counsel for Applicants seeks permission to withdraw the application of Applicant Nos.1 to 3 and 7. Criminal Application stands disposed of as withdrawn as against Applicant Nos.1 to 3 and 7.

Perused the application and annexures. We also perused the police report.

On perusal of record, we found that there is practically no material against Accused / Applicant Nos.4, 5 and 6. They did not stay with the victim during the relevant period. We, therefore, set aside the complaint as against Applicant Nos.4, 5 and 6. The case against

Criminal application is partly allowed.
