The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.69/2015 registered at Sevli Police Station, District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 504, 506 and 307 of Indian Penal Code.

The applicant who claims to be working as Teacher has raised plea of alibi.

Perused the contents of F.I.R. There is allegation of present applicant causing injury to the complainant on his left hand, however, there is no corresponding injury noticed in the injury certificate.

Apart from above, there are counter complaint against the complainant by the group of applicants. As such, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to order release of the applicant. 6.

In the event of arrest in Crime No.69/2015 registered at Sevli Police Station, District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 504, 506 and 307 of Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 7.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station from 27th January to 29th January between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when called.
