The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed the application/representation under rules 3 and 13 of the Maharashtra Electricity Works of Licenses Rules, 2012 seeking compensation on account of erection of the transmission lines from the lands of the petitioners. The same is filed in September, 2022 and the same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned Addl.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

In case the application/representation of the petitioners for compensation at pages 18 and 25 are pending then the Collector shall take decision on the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and after hearing all the
