The petitioners claim to be the employees of respondent no.5 run by respondent no.4. Respondent no.5-institution is derecognized on 13.05.2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that they have not been paid salary since January 2015 and further that they are not being absorbed. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 and 5 in Writ Petition No.5132 of 2017. None appears for respondent no.3.

The enquiry report is placed on record, wherein there are observations made about the employees.

Considering the fact that petitioners claim absorption and about non-payment of salary, the record of which will be required to be perused. We direct petitioners to approach respondent no.2 by filing comprehensive representation. Respondent no.2-Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Aurangabad, shall go through the record, the enquiry report and shall take decision with regard to the claim of petitioners for salary, so also the claim of petitioners for absorption on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within (06) six months from the date of receipt of representation from petitioners.

The writ petitions accordingly disposed of. No costs.
