The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the son of the petitioner is issued with the validity certificate under the orders of this Court.

The petitioner is in service. As the validation proceeding is pending, the committee would decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 02.02.2022. 6.

The petitioner may point out the judgment delivered by this Court in case of his son.
