1) The appeal is filed by defendant No.3 in the suit which is decreed against him by the trial Court and the decision is confirmed by the first appellate Court. No steps are taken to serve respondent No.1-Kesabai, original plaintiff. It was made clear on 7th June 2016 that further orders will be made if steps are not taken. Then on 14th July 2016 another order was made and last chance was given to take steps. Today nobody is present for the appellants. Steps are not taken. As the main party, plaintiff, is not served in the present matter, the appeal is dismissed for default.
