Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent/original revision petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

So far as present application is concerned, the same is not maintainable. However, it appears that, in Criminal Writ Petition No.680/2013 this Court, by order dated 3.10.2013 admitted the matter and rule was made returnable on 24.10.2013 with a specific direction that the petition is to be heard peremptorily on that date.

In view of this, Registry is directed to place Writ Petition No.680/2013 for final hearing in the week commencing from 25.01.2016.
