1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already applied for correction in nomenclature of tribe certificate on 31.12.2021. 2] The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate received to him with the wrong nomenclature to the Sub Divisional Officer, Degloor.

3] On receipt of the original tribe certificate from the petitioner with wrong nomenclature, the Sub Divisional Officer, Degloor shall issue fresh tribe certificate to the petitioner with the correct nomenclature, expeditiously,

2358.22WP preferably within four [4] weeks thereafter. The petitioner shall also make online application.

4] Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
