Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed application seeking appointment on compassionate ground in the year 2009, but the same is not decided.

In case, the application filed by the petitioner is pending with the respondent-authority, then respondent No.4 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with Law, expeditiously and preferably within six months from today.

In view of above, Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
