1] The contention of the petitioners is that validation proceedings are pending since the Year 2015 and 2016 respectively. Till date, vigilance is also not conducted. The petitioners have appeared for Final Year B.Sc. [Agri.]. The result of the petitioners is not declared and the documents are also not issued to the petitioners.

460.22WP 2] We have heard learned AGP for the respondent nos.1 and 4 and Mr.M.N.Navandar, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3.

3] The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 14.02.2022. The Committee shall, thereafter, endeavour to decide the validation proceedings expeditiously, preferably within six [6] months from the date of appearance. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioners.

4] In case there is no other impediment, then respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the mark sheet of the petitioners only on the ground that the validation proceedings of the petitioners are pending.

5] Degree certificates of the petitioners may not be issued till they produce the validity certificates. The parties may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

6] Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
