In the light of the averments in the Civil Application and the contents of the aforementioned letter, by way of last opportunity, we are inclined to allow the Civil Application in terms of prayer clause `B'. The prayer clause `B' reads thus :- "B. Six months time may kindly be extended for comply the directions issued by the Hon'ble High Court in P.I.L. No.8/2016 by judgment and order dated 29/06/2017."

Accordingly, civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause `B' and the same stands disposed of.
