1] It is submitted that the proposal is filed by the management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Peon on compassionate ground. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as yet the order is not passed on the said proposal. 2] In absence of the orders passed by the Education Officer, we cannot direct grant of approval. The Education Officer certainly will decide the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Peon on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy and considering all relevant judgments.
