The petition has been moved against communication dated 24th / 26th December, 2013 addressed to respondent No.2 by respondent No. 3 in respect of measurement of lands bearing survey No. 2 and 3 situated at Mauje Harsul.

The communication is annexed to the writ petition at Exhibit-F (page - 43), which refers to that while subject lands were being measured for fixing boundaries, the residents had obstructed and as such, it had been communicated that while the work would be resumed on 10th January, 2014, police protection be sought.

Learned advocate for the petitioners makes it clear that the petitioners have no particular serious objection for measurement as sought under the communication, however their request is to have a notice to them in respect of measurement done.

Learned AGP, on instructions, states that a notice as requested may be given to the petitioners.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for consideration in the writ petition. Writ petition, as such, stands disposed of.
