The applicants / petitioners pray for condonation of 10 years delay in seeking leave to bring the L.Rs. of deceased respondent No.5 on record. It is further submitted that respondent No.1A, 1B, 1C, 3 and 4 are in fact the L.Rs. of deceased respondent No.5, who are already on record in the Writ Petition.

Considering the above, as the applicants have failed to explain the delay of 10 years, the Civil Application stands rejected. 3.

In so far as the statement of the petitioners as is recorded above is concerned, that would be the subject matter of adjudication in the Writ Petition.
