Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner are pending with the Scrutiny Committee since August, 2015. On 22nd November, 2016, Vigilance Cell has conducted enquiry and submitted its report to the Committee. The petitioner is intending to appear for medical entrance examination and validity would be required by the end of June. 3.

Considering the fact that Vigilance enquiry is conducted and report is already submitted and further that the petitioner intends to appear for medical entrance examination, we direct respondent No.2 1/2

08.odt Committee to decide the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably by the end of July, 2017. 4.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
