PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the tribe certificate issued to the petitioner is with incorrect spelling of the tribe. The petitioner applied for the issuance of the corrected tribe certificate on 22.11.2021.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to the respondents. The respondents shall verify the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling having been issued by his office and if he is satisfied that the same is issued by his office,

(2) 25-wp-346-2022 shall issue corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks on the surrender of the original tribe certificate. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
